Toilet Paper Snowman. This funny elf idea was super easy to do. I took three unused rolls of toilet paper (well of course they're going to be unused) and added some cut out black circles for the eyes, mouth, and buttons. Then I cut out a small carrot shaped piece of orange paper for the nose. I used a glue stick to adhere them to the toilet.

Once you have your four springs made, cut out two mitten shapes and two boot shapes. Glue two springs at the bottom of the toilet roll to make two legs. Then glue the other two at collar level. Stick a mitten on the end of each arm and a boot at the end of each leg. Leave until dry and your adorable toilet roll Christmas elf is finished!

This is one of the easiest elf on the shelf ideas, just use toilet rolls to create a snowman, drawing the features on with markers or a sharpie or using cardstock and double sided tape as I have. Toilet Paper Snowman To make a toilet paper snowman for your elf to present, you can either draw the features on with markers or cut them out with paper and glue them on with a glue stick. In this example, I used colored paper glued on. You can even include a little message that says "Do You Want To Build A Snowman?" if your kids are into Frozen!

Print out the elf craft template. Grab the colored craft papers you plan on using. Trace template patterns onto your craft paper and cut out. Attach the inner ear pieces to the elf's head. Use a black marker to draw pupils on to the eye cutouts. Attach the hair to the top of the head and then attach the eyes.
